Team

. John Fleming, Founder & CEO. Prior to founding Lytix in 2006, John spent 15 years in international banking and investing, most recently as a member of the private equity investment team at the Capital Group, a global institutional investment firm. He worked as an investment banker with Paribas in London and started his career as a commercial banker with TD Bank in Toronto. John's experience analyzing and investing in complex, opaque companies and markets motivated him to start Lytix. John has overseen application development since inception and is responsibile for strategy and business development. John holds an MBA from INSEAD, MA in law from Oxford University, and BA from Queen's University.

. Pranab Nag, Chief Scientist. PK has worked for over 15 years in complex information systems design and implementation with large clients such as IBM, Siemens and Cadence, as well as with start-ups. PK is responsible for in-depth applied research and design issues relating to Lytix's core technologies. He has extensive experience with ontologies and complex modeling. He holds a PhD in electrical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and a BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology.

. Sean Levy, Chief Architect. Sean has worked for 25 years designing and implementing sophisticated, high-performance software systems and applications in a wide range of settings, including Lycos, Carnegie Mellon University, and various startups and research labs. Sean is responsible for the architecture, design and implementation of Lytix's technology. He has worked for several years prototyping systems that eventually led to the development of Lytix's graph engine. Sean studied philosophy at the University of California at San Diego.

. Anatole Shaw, Infrastructure Director. Anatole has over 15 years experience in the design and management of network-based services, and has an extensive background in computer and operational security. Anatole is responsible for key architectural and strategic aspects of Lytix's infrastructure. He began his career at Greenwich Capital Markets (now RBS) and developed information systems for firms in finance, law and business intelligence. Anatole studied computer science at New York University.
